a recent lawsuit claiming Chris Brown attacked a guy at a nightclub earlier this year, knocking him out. This event happened in February, based on court filings filed by Abe Diaw, as reported by TMZ.
Who is Abe Diaw?
According to Diaw, he has known Chris Brown for seven years. Diaw first thought Brown’s approach at the London nightclub TAPE was a pleasant one, maybe an embrace. However, based on Diaw’s assertions, things became violent.
Diaw claims that on three different occasions, Brown hit him with a liquor bottle instead of embracing him. The complaint details how Brown struck Diaw’s head with “crushing blows” using a Don Julio 1942 tequila bottle. Surprisingly, after the claimed attack rendered Diaw unconscious, the singer of “Say Goodbye” allegedly continued the physical assault, even trampling on Abe as he lay motionless on the nightclub floor.

According to the complaint, the whole encounter was caught on video inside the restaurant. In addition, Diaw asserts that the video is in the possession of local law police and implies that Chris Brown is wanted in the United Kingdom; however, this allegation has not been verified by the public. However, Diaw continues to insist that he can absolutely identify Chris Brown as the purported attacker in the video.
