Elsewhere in the world, an Indonesian Emergency clinic in northern Gaza was eventually surrounded by Israeli tanks after artillery fire killed around 12 Palestinians in the complex, the Welfare Service in the occupied territory revealed. Gaza Welfare Service representative Ashraf al-Qudra described the situation at the Indonesian Clinic as dire, with many people trapped inside.
Despite the dangerous conditions, emergency personnel remain focused on providing clinical care to the injured. Al-Qudra emphasized that approximately 700 people, including both clinical faculty members and injured persons, are currently confined to the clinic. The Israeli military, known for its rare exposure to developments in the troops, did not react quickly to the situation that unfolded at the Indonesian Emergency Clinic.
Reports from Palestinian news outlet Wafa showed that the office, located in the town of Beit Lahiya in northeastern Gaza, came under artillery fire. Palestinian welfare authorities are actively involved in the arduous efforts to clear ordinary people from the impending risk zone. Emergency personnel eagerly thwarted the presence of equipped attackers in the vicinity.
In light of these events, Indonesian Familiar Priest Retno Marsudi condemned Israel’s activities and appealed to Tel Aviv’s global accomplices to mediate and stop what he called “persecution.” Marsudi explained that the attack on the clinic was a reasonable violation of compassionate regulations worldwide. He asked nations, especially those with close ties to Israel, to use their influence and capabilities to encourage Israel to stop its alleged attacks. The emerging situation reveals the seriousness of the conflict in the region and the critical need for worldwide mediation to alleviate the immediate emergency.
