Two of the people slain in this horrific crime, Jayla Nicole and DeAndre Fezell, passed quite horribly. A guy passed away at the scene, and two more men and women perished from their wounds in the hours that followed. The two men and one lady who were the surviving victims were taken to the hospital for treatment after suffering injuries that may have killed them. The manner of Jayla Nicole and DeAndre Fezell’s deaths, however, has not yet been made public.
The party was being held in the rear room of a store in the 700 block of N. Stateline Avenue, and it started with a fight between two men. But this argument became deadly when two or more partygoers pulled out guns and started shooting.
The shootings have led authorities to suspect Breoskii Warren, 20, and they are aggressively looking for explanations. Warren’s role and the real order of events are still being looked into, however.
The public is being asked for any information on this case and Breoskii Warren’s whereabouts by the Texarkana, Texas Police Department. Texarkana police at 903-798-3116 and Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP are the numbers to call for anybody with information.
